Little things that drive me nuts!!!

If you are gonna chew gum... I do not want to hear it! Keep your mouth shut!

If you are gonna eat hard candy... I do not want to hear it! Keep your mouth shut!

If you are gonna hum... do it quietly because the tone drives me crazy.

If you are gonna do anything that annoys you... don't... it annoys me just as much!
 

Ever Wonder?

Do you ever wonder why? I mean, do I tell people things for my health? To just hear myself talk? Does no one listen? Or is everyone just too damn good to follow direction? Why does it have to be so difficult? I guess, if the parents don't listen, why the hell should the kids? I just don't flippin' understand the whole concept of "I hear you, but I am not going to listen to you because you are not as important as me." Ya know... something has got to give!!!!!!

Today it's snowing

The second real snow of the winter season.

People drive like idiots and you would think they have never seen snow. They see it all the time. People seem to suddenly lose all track of reality when the it snows. They seem to do the same thing when it rains.

What the hell? I drove home in it. My boss tried to get everyone to leave early, so they wouldn't have to drive in the snow.

HELLO???? We have all lived here for years... We know what snow is. We are old enough to have driven in it for more years than we want to admit... Okay, whatever!

This just kinda drove me nuts today... sure, leave early to avoid the stupid snow-drivers and then be behind on Monday when I start the week. No one else seems to care... because I feel like I am the only one who is actually doing any work during the day! So, technically, I would be the only one who will start out behind.

Yes, it's been a long week, and a stressful week, and the snow and whining only put the icing on the cake!!!!

It's Tuesday... it's not starting well

How do you know when you should have just stayed in bed? I had weird dreams last night. Woke up too early this morning. Found out bad news. The smile of my life is on vacation for the next week. We have a new person in the office. The one who is the newest is the one trying to train her. "trying" is the optimum word here. She only does what she wants to do and doesn't always know how to do it, but she does it anyways. I get frustrated because I am anal and borderline obsessive compulsive. If you aren't going to do it right, don't bother to do it at all. All of this is just setting me in a spin. I am going to stay in my office, with my door closed, and listen to my music. I can't deal with shit like this today. I get so tired of cleaning up other people's messes... but that is a whole different story...

Little annoyances

Have you ever experienced those little things that drive you absolutely crazy? Like the person who leaves their cell on their desk and then you keep hearing the reminder beep? How about the person in the next room who keeps clicking the mouse? What about listening to someone text on their phone with the clicking sounds turned on? Aarrgghh! Sound overload!
