Sunday January 15, 2012 - Why I don't like a certain cartoon character.
Okay, I might be one of the only ones in this world who DOES NOT LIKE SpongeBob. There is something about him that is entirely annoying and not something that small children should watch. I guess you can look at him, from an adult perspective, and see things that you know are wrong, but children only see him as a regular cartoon on tv.
I guess the different character personalities are what drive me nuts, along with so many other things. I just find that, as an adult, I find him totally inappropriate for children to watch.
Maybe I am the only one, but I am not a fan of him.
I am a new follower. ALSO - I totally agree. My kids aren't supposed to watch SpongeBob. I originally did not like him because of his annoying voice ... and then I actually watched an episode which further justified my reasons for not letting the girls watch. Not all of the show is bad, but enough is to make that decision. :)
ReplyDeleteNew follower from Blog Dare! I dislike spongebob!! I am so glad that 1.) we don't have cable for my kids to watch it, and 2.) that they never really got into it WHEN we did have cable!
